Earning a verified badge on Mesh signals your account is providing authentic value to your followers and communities. When you see a next to a nodes name, it means Mesh has verified that node.

Privileges for verified accounts:

  • Receive a verified checkmark next to your name on your Mesh profile. 

  • Your profile and discoverable nodes can be featured in explore and on our website.

  • Be added to the Verified node on Mesh, where you can collaborate with other verified creators, vouch for people to be verified, and share feedback to the Mesh team. 

  • Receive royalties when your content is shared within the Mesh ecosystem (coming Q2 2023).

  • Unlock additional monetization features.

Our criteria for verified accounts:

  • Be a notable person, either as a public figure or in your respective industry, or have an established presence on other platforms.

  • Your behavior on Mesh and elsewhere adheres to our values and Ground Rules.

  • Have at least one public account on another social platform that is at least 5 years old.

  • Have a Mesh name and username that matches or is reasonably close to the name you are known for publicly or in your respective industry.

  • Your Mesh profile must include an avatar, banner, and bio.

  • You must have at least 3 public posts on your profile.

The verification process:

  • If you haven't already, download and create your account on Mesh.

  • Fill out the form below and submit to the Mesh team for review.

  • Send a DM from your social account with the highest following (Instagram or Twitter) with your Mesh username to @joinmymesh.

  • The Mesh team will review and verify your credentials. Depending on the volume of requests, this process can take up to 7 days. 

  • If your verification has been approved, we will follow up with an email letting you know you've been officially verified on mesh. Your name and handle will be "locked" moving forward and can only be changed with a formal request.

  • If your verification has been denied, we will follow up with an email with instructions for alternative ways to verify your account.
